COVID and our adaptations
We are open for face-to-face osteopathy appointments. Guidance for the use of PPE has changed since spring 2022 but we will happily wear a mask at your request if it is your preference. Regardless of PPE we can tend to all of your musculoskeletal complaints in a thorough, therapeutic and effective way.
You should be able to find an appointment to suit you on our online booking service. If you can’t see any times that you can make, please give us a ring and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do!
What hygeine measures do you have in place?
You can be reassured that we continue to adhere to the measures recommended by PHE and our governing body when it comes to appropriate procedures.
– We frequently use alcohol gel and clean contact surfaces between patients
– We wear a medical grade mask on a risk-assessed basis.
– We are taking card payments and ApplePay but if you prefer a completely contactless payment you can use our online invoicing system.
If you have any questions about our hygiene procedures that would reassure you please do get in touch and we’d be very glad to answer them.
Will I need to wear a mask?
It is no longer PHE guidance that both patients and health professionals wear masks in consultations. That said, we are using them on a risk assessed basis and are more than happy to wear one during your appointment if it helps you feel more at ease.
